Jonathan is the Broker of Record operating Baird Real Estate which specializes in working alongside clients to ensure cash flow positive and equity positive transactions on every deal whether commercial or residential, big or small.

Jonathan dedicates the time required in every transaction to investigate all potentially viable options for his clients and makes a special effort to ensure buyers and sellers are impressed - not just satisfied with his work and the results achieved. Jonathan is a firm negotiator. He holds a high level of professionalism and honesty with all of his clients and works tirelessly to make the process of buying, investing, leasing, and selling real estate as seamless as possible.

Jonathan has lived and travelled internationally and incorporates his experiences in Asia and Europe with his experiences investing in the Canadian and US markets in his professional real estate career.
